North American Ecommerce Services Inc. (dba Bruhls) and the website www.bruhls.com hereinafter referred to as “Bruhls” Return Policy Terms and Conditions of sale are listed within this document. Please read them carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase with us you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. These are subject to change at any time and should be reviewed before each purchase.
Bruhls offers a full array of products on our online catalog, however in some cases those products may become out of stock or can be discontinued at any time for any reason without warning to the customer. Bruhls has the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason at any time.
Current manufacturing lead-times vary and each product lists its average lead time. With orders such as custom orders or orders on catalog products with customization requests, the lead time may be longer as those designs do not have a standard template collection and will need to be individually designed. Bruhls makes every attempt to accommodate customization requests however if it is something that cannot be done, the original piece that you ordered will be fulfilled. All prices and services featured on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars. Shipping is free within the the Continental United States and Canada. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incure a charge beyond the free shipping of $25.00. Call for shipping internationally and is the responsibility of the ordering customer of any and all duties or import charges that may be incurred by Bruhls. These terms may be subject to change in the future. The total order amount, including sales tax if applicable, will be charged to your credit card account in full at the time the order is placed.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, item numbers, availability, and dimensions,etc. Bruhls reserves the right to withdraw or revoke any offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted regardless of whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
Order Cancellations Metal Art
Bruhls offers a 24 hour cancellation policy from the time of order. We cannot accept order cancellations on any custom-made or personalized items past 24 hours after order placement on items which include but are not limited to personalized monogram art, custom orders or artwork, personalized coat-hooks, and address signs, etc. All purchases are made to order, and cannot be refunded or cancelled after the 24 hour cancellation policy due to time and resources required to the fulfillment of that item.
Bruhls offers a 24 hour order editing period for your convenience on certain details; such as changing to the name, finish, style or changing of a shipping address. Any order that requires extensive edits will be handled on a case by case basis, which may result in a delay in processing your order. Any edits requested outside of this window cannot be guaranteed.
With the purchase of your item, Bruhls offers a limited warranty with that purchase that begins in effect on the date of order and covers a limited amount such as damages and certain defects that might come from the manufacturing process up to 30 days. If your items are received damaged or develops a manufacturing defect that is covered by a limited warranty from the company, contact us at email@example.com, via Facebook messenger, or call us directly at 805.914.9911 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you and ensure that your concerns are addressed. For non-warranty and non-damaged items, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to purchaser and purchaser is responsble for all return shipping costs. Bruhls does not accept returns on custom-made, personalized items, or custom artwork design. This includes, but is not limited to personalized metal art and other personalized or custom made products. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping on any order that is returned to Bruhls due to a user error (i.e. customer listed the incorrect or invalid address). The item will not be resent until payment has been made.
Promotional and Sales Items
Sales and promotional offerings on orders cannot be cancelled. Sales items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments or promotions are given on prior sales, they are only valid at the time of purchase. Promotional free items are as is and cannot be exchanged or returned. On occasion promotional free items may also run out of stock or back ordered and may delay the lead time of your order.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://www.bruhls.com website (the "Service") operated by North American Ecommerce Services Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
Once orders are placed or submitted to us, via our website,they cannot be cancelled. In the event you wish to cancel an order you have already placed, you may request cancellation by contacting us. We will make every effort to cancel your order, however cancellation is not guaranteed and in most cases orders cannot be cancelled, even if the order has not already shipped. Once an order has shipped, you may ask us to request an intercept from the shipping carrier. Not all carriers offer an intercept option and carriers that offer an intercept option do not offer it on all shipping methods (for example, FedEx does not offer intercepts for orders shipped via Smart Post shipping method). Intercept requests are not always successful and often are not successful. There is an intercept fee of $12.35 PER box which is only applied if the intercept is successful. By requesting an intercept, you accept responsibility for the intercept fee(s) associated with your order, in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded for intercepted orders. Returns, Refunds Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized. Authorized returns will be issued an Return Authorization (RA) or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Failure to request Return Authorization may result in the rejection of your return. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued as refunding the credit card used to place the order, unless otherwise requested. Refused orders will incur a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refunded on refused orders. Orders returned to us by the carrier for insufficient address, incorrect address, inability to deliver, or for any other reason will incur a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refunded on orders returned by the carrier.
Orders you place with Bruhls
If you are purchasing our products online, we are not responsible for assessing the validity of any orders that you submit to us for fulfillment. You accept sole responsibility for the orders you submit to us or that are submitted to us on your behalf. In the event that you should try to dispute a payment for an order you submitted to us (such as by initiating a chargeback with your credit card company) we will aggressively pursue collection options. appropriate local, state and/or federal agencies. You may be responsible for sales tax in certain states. Limitation Of Liability

(dba Bruhls), nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements.
In general, if an item is broken or defective, we will send out a replacement or issue credit to your account. Non-defective/non-damaged returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days and we will credit your account minus a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective/non-damaged returns will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay return shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee.
